the hotel is located close to Mall road at a walking distance and the property is pretty good. The staff and the room service is friendly and helpful. we had a nice mountain view from the veranda. a small distraction is that it is located in an isolated place covered with trees and forest which makes it accessible to all the insects and the flies. but it is also good for nature lovers

Stay at this hotel was very unpleasant. Starting from smelly toilet and dust filled carpets( see video) to very poor service and no power backup everything seems to be unpleasant. Not at all a value for money stay.

They allowed us early check-in at 7 am without any extra charge. Great cooperating people, the food was good too. Only thing they can improve is the cleanliness of the rooms. My linen ans the room could have been nicer considering the price. Second, the location wasn't the best for me.

First impression was good but 2nd day they not done proper cleaning, location is beautiful but on very top of hill. There is no garden play instrument for children. Food is good so overall average stay and enjoyable.
