Property location is perfect, room was spacious and well furnished. However, food was rather ordinary and services were rather slack.

The hotel is really good, located at very nice place... very nice view from balcony. The staff is really helpful and food is tasty as well. Highly recommend this.

The property is excellent with amazing view and courteous staffs. It's just (800m) 15 mins walk from dalhousie mall road with ample amount of parking space and decent food.

I have booked a premium room for three nights. The room was clean with a mountain view from the balcony. I have opted for map. The quality of the food was good with varieties in breakfast buffet. They don't serve the dinner as buffet but you can order it and take it in your room or in the restaurant itself. Hotel location is also fine not far from the city centre. Hotel staff is also trained and helpful.

On my first day, I was offered room which was not according to what I was shown. Next day, when I insisted, my room was changed to a bit different room. But as I had no other option, I had to pass time. There was monkey menace in the balcony. Due to monkey scare, I did not send my children out in balcony. HVAC was not working for heating and one Chinese heater was provided. My whole experience was just average.

Wonderful experience. The staff and facilities or amenities are as per the expectation. The food is quite delicious and the serving manner is hygienic. The rooms are cleaned and well maintained. I very much enjoyed being stayed here and the balcony of rooms offers the extraordinary glimpse of hills and sunrise as well. The dinning area is quite spacious and well maintained to enjoy food. It’s just wonderful experience to stay in ss international hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who travel to dalhousie.
