Poor Stay
Poor staff service .Many times the staff didn't show up for clearing out their stuff like used glasses and cups .Buffet was not their and Ala cart service was very poor .toiletries and complimentary tea tray stuff was not provided sufficiently.

Stay was Average as room service was absolutely poor but location is good on asking some paouch of milk worker denied by plea that only recommended pouch we gave but when itold that I'll pay he can't come back as tea is not available at that time in restaurant

Food quality good. Intercom was not working. Payment charged by make my trip was 40% high as compared by direct booking at property by self. Location of property good.Staff was very cooperative.

The property is not correct on Google maps It shows two hotels with the same name. Food was good and service was good. wifi speed is low and Tv is working and connected with wifi. washrooms is clean and fully managed. balcony view is awesome. but small insects were coming everytime the gate was open there is no lift available. contact number provided after the booking is not reachable when we reached Dalhousie and we have to take help of local people to find the hotel.

Our recent stay at Pax Spring Solance Dalhousie was truly exceptional, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making us feel welcome and ensuring all our needs were met. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, as was the washroom. My wife, kids, and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The valley view from our room was simply breathtaking and a joy to wake up to each morning. To top it all off, the food was absolutely amazing – delicious and satisfying. Excellent Stay
I went to dalhousie with my family and had booked this hotel. All the rooms are valley-facing. The one we got was a premium room with a balcony. Overall, the experience was quite good.
