Food quality is very low and prices are very high, also the hotel sales team promised us for a bonefire but they refused us when we arrived at the hotel. we booked 4 rooms One room is very smelly like a cigarette.

best property in dalhousie

Bad food quality, unhygienic & dirty rooms, no room service, room phone was out of order, no car parking, no cold drinking water, soiled utensils, no towels.

Terrible Stay
Very bad . Premium room AC was not working instead of acknowledging owner keep arguing that I will work in sometime this continue till 12am then downgraded to delux room without any apologies even denied to compensate the diff in amount of two rooms .
