Location and views are good but property really need renovation staff is also good there is less options in breakfast cp plan for map dinner you can choose anything from menu.

Well located on the way to khajjiar just 5 mins walk from beeji park. Room are decent size and clean, has ample parking space with lift from parking to room lobby. Slightly disappointed by the food quality given very high food prices.

Really nice and comfortable stay

I had a completely comfortable stay. Before going to this hotel i saw few bad reviews which were rated around 6 months back from the time i stayed in the hotel, and trust me this time when i visited which was around 26 dc 2022, i had an amazing experience from the check in till the check out they provide you with everything you need to stay at a cold place. + they even provided us a really amazing room heater when we in general said it's really cold here. The staff and the receptionist all were really kind. The breakfast and ordered food was also decent. Lastly the rooms were absolutely clean and beautiful so was the bathroom. The view from the room was astonishing. Really nice hotel at your budget. I would absolutely recommend it.

It was a wow experience staying at s1 by vivo at dalhousie. Every person was very helpful right from security to front desk and other staffs. Special thanks to mr. Sanjay thakur, the manager who was very kind in making all the arrangements very comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s an excellent property with comfortable rooms and facilities of a star resort. The beds are comfortable and amenities in the room at top notch. Breakfast is complimentary and the spread is vast. I would really recommend guests to stay at the s1 by vivo at dalhousie as you are take care of right from the point of arrival till you depart. "

What we saw in the pictures, was starkly different! rooms were dirty; not maintained at all, the size of the room couldn’t accommodate a third bed. The hotel offered a 2 inch mattress that was folding on sides when placed on the floor. The mattress were torn in bad condition. The toilet seat was broken, when asked for toilet roll, the staff refused. We eventually cancel-led out booking and booked another hotel at the last minute.

No doubt in this location is wonderful. View from rooms are mesmerizing. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff members are courteous. Nice place to stay in dulhousie. It's on khajjiar road.
