I checked in on 17th jun e evening room had a damp smell, bed and bath linen was in bad condition, lot of mosquitos were there i asked for the allout but didnt get. Next day morning wc was chocked. Very terrible experience.

Hotel is far from main market. But stay was good. Hotel is situated in forest, if you want to enjoy nature it is best.

Room was with good view and spacious and staff is also very supportive and friendly, arranged local cab as well.

Accomodation was good. Food was good and little bit costly but service was not up to the mark.

Away from the hustle of the city, located in a peaceful place. If you wish to enjoy your stay and to feel the nature, go for it

Property location is good. Rooms are comfortable. Problem is maintenance of services. Towels are not good. Taps not working properly. No wiper in toilet. Hangers not available. Food is good. Staff is nice and cooperative. We enjoyed the stay

The hotel is situated mid way towards khajjiar. It is also mid way from dalhousie town to kalatop - an open forest area. The ride from bus stop, dalhousie is q very scenic one with views of mountains and residential school- dalhousie public school (dps. There are two roads- one main and the other a little pitch road which is only used in emergency by local cabs. Don't try to jump on it if you aren't a local. The hotel has a kitchen, mostly active during the dinner time. The staff were helpful and the front desk was polite. We got an upgrade.

We got this property by chance but was really lucky to have found it. It’s probably the best property closest to dalhousie on dalhousie khajjiar road. That’s right where the snow started this year. You can always got o dalhousie market while still coming back to snow in the evening. We just loved it. Our compliments to the chef. The punjabi food was just amazing.

The doors were not well maintained. Lock of the room was not working properly. Ac/heater was not there. Poor blankets were provided. Room needs maintenance.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Rooms had issues with heater considering the cold climate and more annoyingly in a climate of 5 degrees they charge separately for the room heater saying that its the property's rules. However it was not mentioned anywhere in the booking. So the service actually was disappointing.

Hotel location is great. You can experience the natural beauty.

The hotel is located outside the city. The hotel's curtains, beds, quilts are all old. Big ants were roaming in the bathroom. The food of the hotel is also not of standard. In our group, 3 members got food poisoning from the hotel breakfast. Overall, our trip was ruined because of the hotel breakfast.

Must visit place, very nice location. Staff is very courteous. From checkin process to checkout, it was all amazing. Breakfast served was wonderful with good options. Chef really prepares good food.

Hotel was amazing. The services and room provided was over my expectations. Properly washed linen was my priority and i got the same.

We have booked 4 rooms but in one room toilet not working properly even after reminders it’s not closed or room was not changed. Extra services as mentioned in mm t are chargeable like heaters, water bottles as 1 bottles are free in every hotel as complementary and they are also charging above mrp rate as mentioned in item
