The room was not good as per the rate. Blankets and bedsheets were very dirty and stingy. Washroom was neat n clean. Staff members were friendly. Overall ok ok experience

Good hotel with good location. Room was ok with all basic requirements like hot water. No heater and no parking of hotel available. Still, good staff. Mishra was such humble.

Greetings from our Side, they had mentioned that one children they had brought were of six years but they were all above 14 years. We have a proof in our CCTV camera as well. Also, there was conference all among executive and the guests and the matter has been resolved. The guests were satisfied since we had given them complimentary mattress and took no charges of the children. We charge per child above 6 years. We also have telephonic recording where the guests were satisfied. Hence, the review serves no purpose. Replied by (hotel manager).

We book 4 rooms for family for two days 1 day in Modi Inn 1 day hotel president. But in Modi Inn hotel manager force to take another room for kids so we pay extra and parking is also paid. Location is also not good so never book Modi Inn hotel in future. Instead hotel president neither ask for separate room and parking is free and very near to mall.

Really it was a pathetic experience with this hotel. Everytime need to follow up with management for even a single thing as they have very limited staff. We did not get services on time. Such a cheap hotel who charge a lot and do not give services properly. Rooms were smelly and also food quality is not good. Only good part is that it is situated near Subhash chauk, apart from this rest are worst.

Location is good. Staff is nice and polite. Food is ok. In breakfast more stuff should be added. Some more varieties should also be added. Should add a tandoor to there kitchen.

Missing special touch, far from market

Hotel is 14 - 15 minutes walk away from market, food was just okay, however hotel staff and owners behaviour and services were really good.
Cleanliness is a issue ofcourse, hotel is bit far from main market, it took us minimum 14-15 minutes walk to reach to the market.

Pathetic Stay and service

The rooms were leaking with water. The same was reported but no action was taken. Also, the breakfast was non existence. I had to request them for omelette- when I asked for the second omelette, waiter said that the Buffett doesn’t cover the second omelette.
