Had good stay with family in the hotel.

Hotel location is at near market which is helpful in finding various food opportunities

Very neat and clean room nice staff and helpful very taste food recomend for all

The staff is pathetic. They dont respond. Car parking of the hotel is used by all locals around. Tea and coffee served cold mmt has charged double ie 4300- for the room. The hotel does not deserve more than 2000- for the room and service they provide.

The hotel staff was very cooperative but the facilities mentioned in the description were not present. Hygiene was also an issue. No hill view even from the premium room

3. The pics of rooms posted are different from what you will get when you arrive. The mattress was of poor quality. Decor of rooms was poor.

We stuck-ed in snow fall and came to this hotel. They did their best to make us comfortable

The hotel manager was superior, he has upgraded our room to suite at free of cost. Hotel has 24 hr warm water facility.
