No cleanness, no welcome drink, no breakfast. T v is not working. A c is not working properly, staff 's behavoiur was very rudely

Lac of cleanliness. Dirty & broken floor + smelly room. Washroom is also dirty & they don’t provide any water or anything!

No breakfast available it is mentioned while booking but the restaurant denies it. Had to go out for the breakfast no buffet available
