Ac was leaking and room service is pathetic

Hotel staff refused me to check inn i want my money back

I prepaid full amount but hotel management told me that some amount is pending due to which they made me wait at the reception and asked me to resolve the matter with mm t cs. After continuous request they let me check-in. Didn't expect such leniency and lack of coordination from mm t and the hotel.

While check-inn hotel person asked for more money. I booked the tickets and paid amount. But when arrived to hotel and checking in they refused to allow and asked for extra charges. I had to pay rs. 1000 extra. It's shocking and very poor experience.

I booked room at the hotel by mmt. I reached the hotel according to direction shown by mmt. Hotel staff told me that there is no booking by mm t showing. They send me to another hotel away 5 km from the cir-rent location. I reached the another hotel. But that is not that property which i booked. Uninstalling mmt from my mobile. Good luck to users of mmt!

The hotel asked for extra money to allow us to check in, what is the role then that mm t is playing i had already made the payment on mmt. Extremely disappointed with the service provided. Even mm t team is like they cannot do anything - unacceptable
