Hotel Receptionist charged 300 extra even after full pre payment of the booking, I don't know for what reason, they are charging more than the MRP of things like water bottle etc. I got to know this new thing there that outside food is not allowed as it was not mentioned on the website, the condition of room was not good as shown in the images, the washroom was terrible too.The breakfast was to be complimentary but it was not so. The hotel name was different from the pdf (booking made on makemytrip). Not a good experience at all!

I had made full payment and even after that, they took extra money from me at the hotel. He told me that if your booking is through then you will have to pay extra charges, he took 345 rupees extra from me and I had booked the room for the full day from 14th February to 15th February. But the hotel management started calling on my room's telephone at 4 o'clock, asking Sir, when will you vacate the room. The voice was not coming properly on the landline phone, so they came to my room and knocked on the door 😓And he told me that Sir this room is booked, you should take some other room, that is why I got worried and checked out from that hotel and my experience was very bad

very weird behavior of staff room was not so clean bathroom and toilet have water leaking problem overall totally waste of money

The hotel staff was not listening anything tv wasn’t working bed sheet were unwashed everything was dirty there.

I have faced issues like geezer is there but not working, bedsheets are so dirty, room slippers not provided by the hotel staff.

3rd class hotel lots of smell smoking lot of mosquito 🦟 in the room . I requested to front desk they changed my room and give me all out . But still same thing 101% garbage I wasted my money *

Firstly hotel name was different so it took time to locate, secondly they told me that they have got this booking from Oyo and they told that Rs. 236 are balance and I paid it extra in cash. Lastly I booked the hotel with breakfast but they denied to serve the breakfast.

We enjoyed the lovely and inviting ambiance of the hotel, recommending it highly.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay with a spacious room, cozy bed, and all necessary amenities.

Fan was not in the room only ac please ask them to install a fan in there room and sitting desk was broken tv was not working

I made booking but while check in they charged me 385 rs more and the thing is there were saying talk to customer care support

Service is very poor. Fan is not working in room. Quilt was torn from one end and not stitched properly. Illumination was not sufficient in bathroom and no tubelight was provided in room except led light. Breakfast was not provided

Unprofessional staff and had major safety concerns since the door was broken. Had checked out from this property within an hour after check-in.
