It was very nice place to stay. And staff person's behavior is also nice. The lighting place and candlelight dinner was awesome.

Excellent over all & valuable , Food, reception and behavior, looks, interior and exterior ,

not very far from agra cantt. , food was very good , services and environment of hotel was 10on10 . highly recommended.

The hotel is well located. The food is good and the manager naman and the cook are very well behaved. Great place.

The reception staff was extremely polite, warm and welcoming, I was allowed an early check in upon arrival after an overnight journey from varanasi, which was very convenient. The hotel is an old building but well maintained which makes it great for a stay in an old city like Agra, the patio is fresh and cosy and the room was spacious. The only major thing that I would highly want management to improve is the linens hygiene, maybe invest in duvets with washable covers instead of blankets that are not washed frequently. Otherwise, my stay was comfortable and the staff members were extremely kind.

Property location was good Very stringent about food timings, staff was not cooperative, asking to come down for food, was not ready to provide food at rooms. Hotel staff was more concerned about pushing for using hotel transport for tours. Water was not provided at rooms, no house keeping at rooms. no tv, not even a mosquito repellant, no toiletries

The interior of the resthouse is well decorated, providing natural essence. The rooms are well equipped.

It was a nice experience. Because for the first time i had booked a hotel online. I wasn't sure how it would be, but it was nice though.

1. Far from main parking approach terrible 2. Under renovation filthy & dirty 3. Lift can accommodate only one person 4. Inspect properties before rating don't mislead innocent tourists who value your opinion. Appoint independent guys to inspect & rate properties your assessment is very very bad

The place is nice with good ambiance. The hotel staff are helpful and welcoming. The rooms are neat and spacious with clean bathrooms.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! it’s in a great location, very near to popular sights and the rooms were large and clean. It has lovely shaded, leafy areas to relax in and great food. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly return again if i’m in the area again.

Location at heart of the city. Staffs are nice. Rooms are nice. Nice garden also there. Area wise very safe. Foods are fine.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Behavioral part was absolutely courteous, exemplary and admiring.

This Hotel is the worst experience of my life. We reached here with family @ 10:30 PM and they don’t have any boy available at that time to carry our luggage to the Rooms we have carry ourselves to 01st Floor. Even basic facilities of Electric Kettle in winter times is not available. Rooms are too stinky bed sheets pillows are not clean in very bad condition. They have not provided us with towels also. Room service is the most bad experience first of all no phones available in the Room to talk to Reception or Room Service, you have to go down to first floor to place any request and after placing request and telling them to send the required thing in Room they fail to deliver and you have to go back to them to collect it. TOTAL money waste please don’t go for this Hotel.

Very poor and old property. Not worth the charges being levied. Not recommended for family.
