. They don’t own the ground floor anymore. The service was also not great. It did not match the description or the photos . TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The location is easy to find as it is on the highway. Services are also good. The room was clean. You can either order food by yourself or via them. Enjoyed the stay. The staff was very good, the service was good, the rooms and bathrooms were also clean. It is not difficult to find the hotel location, the hotel is on the main road

First of all, the property doesn't have a lift & the hotel is located on the first floor. Of course, a helper from the hotel will transfer luggage to our rooms. The hotel & staff are decent, but the only bad part was the smelly washrooms & average cleanliness of the bedsheets, blankets & pillows. Location was also 3kms far from Kalka Railway Station & staff helps us in booking the cabs. overall a below average stay at this property.

Staff behaviour is excellent, cleaning excellent. Nearest to the station. One of the best experience.

We have stayed only for a night in this property. Room is comfortable. The location is 1. 7 km away from kalka railway station. It was shown as less than 500 meters. Please correct it. I chose this for its location as i have to catch the toy train to shimla in the morning. But in reality is 1. 7 km away from the railway station. Please note

The hotel did not have any quilt linen. Even though paid for breakfast did not have any option to choose from menu. Rooms were smelly and no sealed water bottle was provided

Arrived late, had room dinner, the place was squeaky clean. Had to leave next morning the checkout was hassle free. A nice place overall.

Everything is good, but price is too high in comparison to offline. There is ~1k amount absolute variance.

The stay at wind-cross was homely and comfortable. The rooms provide all basic amenities and are absolutely speck free clean.

My stay was pleasant. Assistance was up to mark. They also arranged me a good chauffeur to mashobra.

Dear team, i am not staying this hotel due to medical emergency of my baby but hotel could not refund money for this. It is bad for me that's why imam not giving any star for this because it is not helping for me

This is a decent budget hotel, very conveniently located near kalka station. They have simple breakfast items available on order for the morning travelers going to shimla via toy train. The rooms are basic, but clean and hot water is available on tap and that's sufficient for a good transit hotel.

Location, food and service good. Amenities average. Foul smell in bathrooms. Couldn’t know why? plumbing needs to improve

No value for money. Untidy room poor water supply. No management.
