Siswan Jungle Lodge

We booked two rooms for two families and we got an extra sitting space (lobby) with sofa and table. Food was good a bit expensive though. Breakfast was arranged in an outside sitting space which was nice. We could find only one issue which was washroom. I guess there was some leakage in one of the washroom. Due to this it was always wet. Overall nice experience.

The stay was very comfortable. The crowd was less and the fun was more. The staff is very polite. Must visit if you are going for a short duration trip.

The staff were so friendly and nice. They even offered a safe short drive out to the station. That was very kind of him. I’d definitely recommend to my family and friends.

The stay in the hotel was terrible. I never stayed in any hotel like this. There was a smell in the room and in every item present in the room. They were having lots of issues related to electricity. It was like i was staying in a village. They charged 100 rupees for a juice which had the mrp of 20 rupees. When asked they said you haven't ordered food in the night so that's why. Ridiculous place please save your money and don't visit this place.

Property prices charged are 25% to 30 % higher than that charged by similar properties, similar in terms of location, property facilities and amenities. Bit of unaware or ignorant management. They are sweet people but lack of quality management. Property located nicely in the lush green sis-wan next to chandigarh so easily accessible.

The food and ambiance of the hotel is excellent. They took good care of my request to give me a theme of marriage anniversary celebration. Food, music, cozy stays and jungle trail give us a shot. With impressive staff behavior. Great

The resort is damn beautiful and november december is the right time for visiting this resort. There is nothing much to do if you are going as a couple but idea for a family picnic.

Service is not as per hotel location

Its was very pleasant to stay in a location like this. Experience was great. Best location to stay. Environmental was very cool and silent.
Everything is best for my point of view. Hopefully we'll stay here again. Staff is very cooperative. Thank you for great service

Not Worth.

Booked the room for one night. The staff were friendly. However, the AC was so noisy that we requested a change of room. Even the next one was so noisy that we had to switch it off and sleep. The sheets had stains on them. The staff was helpfull, getting us to the lodge (which is a bit out of the way) by guiding us over the phone.

Food was very good, housekeeping was good but can be improved, service was good, location is very good for both leisure and business gests. Hospitality was very good. Small improvements like exhaust fan in toilets is needed. Hygiene was very good. Overall experience was very good.

Staff one member only ... Rooms are poor. And problem with tv and AC. Hygiene is also very poor around there ... Price according to room is very high .. You cab stay in good quality hotel with this price

The place of the lodge is the best part. It is far from the city and is located at a very peaceful place. The food was good and the staff is also very cooperative. We enjoyed a lot. They have enough parking space and enough place to play for the kids to enjoy ..

There were lots of insects, rain is not a good time to visit resort, there is electricity issue. Staff has no sense of talking with customers. Food was good, no card payments. Overall it was Average, if you wanna spend one day with your loved one with no outing. Go for it but don't expect too much.

Room was average. There was issue with AC and above all the flush was even not working. The facilities which they are proving like pool is not up to the mark as in some balls were missing. Pathetic music on the entrance. Whatever pics are shown on the site is just one aspect of the hotel other aspects like outside view of the hotel and other aspects near by is totally different. Apart from that there were lizards inside the room for which they have not taken any steps. Even the inner garden which they have maintained is not worth sitting as there are lot of mosquitoes there which won't let you sit outside so gotta have your meal inside the room.

The property was really good location wise and well maintained but the staff was really not cooperative reply for all the query was' NO'. Snacks were not at all good even tandoor items were served cold. Dinner and breakfast was good. Can go for small trip.

Very good location for relaxation or family outing or small break from daily life. Food is good and staff is courteous. You can go on Forest Trek for Bird watching and Deer and other forest animals. Takes 4-5 for forest trek. Value for money. You can view village life. Hotel at secluded place away from all noises.

We have a good time. Nice place to relax away from your routine. Staff was very nice. Room was also fine. Missed the Intercom facility, they should have that. Food was very delicious and with good quantity although we only had veg food. Kids can also have fun in garden and enjoy small activities.

Not worth the money not that much good as we thought. Location is not that much good as the name Jungle Lodge. Hotel is surrounded by many houses and there is no specific car parking. Rates are quite high for food while food is not that much tasteful. Disappointed.
