Hotel Dharam Villa

Disappointing stay at Hotel Dharm Villa Booked a family suite but it’s not suitable for families at all. No ventilation, no wardrobe, dirty washroom. Intercom and TV didn’t work, and there was no kitchen or room service. Even after paying 4 days in advance, the room wasn’t ready. Only after repeated requests did someone come to fix things. High charges but zero basic facilities. A bad experience — I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

room was not as a standard room,tv was not working,geyser falty,changed room but tv was out of performance. Make my trip should not include such a below standard hotel.

Hotel staff is very good but the room condition and other services could be better but rest you can stay if you want to price is trainable

hotel is located on main road but all the facilities are below average. ac, tv was not working. room was small, no cupboard or space to keep the luggage. washroom was not properly cleaned. no basic facilities was there like handwash, towel or no extra blanket also. but if you want to stay for few hours for rest then it's good Hotel under budget. still I will recommend that they should provide basic facilities

धर्मविला का स्टाफ मिलनसार,सौम्य,सद्भावना वाला रहा। कमरे और वॉशरूम में सफाई और बिस्तर की व्यवस्था बहुत अच्छे स्तर की थी। होटल की लोकेशन रेलवे स्टेशन ओर बस स्टैंड से कुछ ही मिनट की रही। नाश्ता,खाना शायद पैकेज में नहीं था इसलिए किसी भी समय इसकी व्यवस्था नहीं थी।ओवरऑल होटल को 4 स्टार की रेटिंग दी जा सकती है।

first of all room and bathroom is very small bathroom size is very small. no any sleepers available in bathroom . Ac and fan is working Good. but room and bathroom size very small as per photographs.

Location was ok, near railway station, there is no facilities of food and other services. However, room was okay but considering the price, hotel fails to provide any other facilities.

Mosquitoes blood feast terrible staff no locks for the bathroom doors & their entire wooden interior is mold infested... horrific place.

The room was an average room. With average cleanliness. Its good if you want a roof over your head for one night in kalka. Won't recommend for families as there is no lift in the building and the cleanliness is not up to the mark. Its okay for solo travellers looking for a cheap option and are okay with an average room.

The photos are just a scam for visitors. The rooms are not well furnished, toilets are unclean and the rooms are in a miserable condition. This is not suitable for even one night stay. Not recommended at all. Worst experience ever.

This hotel was very poor . In washroom door was not being locked . It was jam . Very small rooms with dull environment. Property location is excellent having near railway station . Food not tried and not taken any services

Hotel rooms are very very small. But staff is very good and coperative.

Rooms and bedsheet were not tidy. No lifts, quite congested place within hotel premise. Though hotel owner was very good and extended warm welcome.
