The staff of Hotel Regal Amritsar is noncooperative and toilet door lock is not worked properly. And the staff of Hotel Royal Kalka is very decent but room is so dirty and toilet is not cleaned and it was so smelly

My stay at Hotel Royal Comfort Inn, Kalka, Pinjore was overall nice. The location is convenient, the food was satisfactory, and the staff provided decent service. The room was comfortable with basic amenities, making it a good option for a short stay. However, there were a few issues—the door lock had a loose screw, making it difficult to lock the room properly, which was concerning. Additionally, the bathroom lacked toilet paper, and a dental kit wasn’t provided, which was inconvenient. Addressing these small concerns would make the experience much better.
