Review Of Hotel The Lotus

good stay, near to kalka railway station, friendly staff. clean room, ac is working properly, warm water available

Steep stairs to the rooms. Rooms were extremely dusty and unhygienic. Bathrooms were shabby without jet spray and soap. Bed was unclean and the linen seemed unwashed. Rooms were too small. Horrific stay to say the least.

hotel is situated very near to railway station, that is a big advantage... Cons - stars to rooms very steep, no lift, very basic hotel with no toiletries provided. AC was non-functional though I paid for deluxe room only good thing about hotel is it's proximity to station which is about 300m away......

Room quality was very poor. There was nothing in the name of room service. The windows were broken, we were not able to lock the door of the bathroom. Did not have sleep as someone was continuously talking outside. The bed was also very dirty. My first experience of booking from make my trip was very poor, have booked from other platforms before, experience was far better.

I was totally uncomfortable. There was hair on the bedsheet. And the washroom was not clean either.

It was a great stay. The staff had good behavior. The rooms and bathroom were clean. We were provided by drinking water.

Over all good, but room was small. Owner is supportive and understanding. Staff is polite. Rooms are neat and clean. Very close to railway status.

The only good part about this hotel is its location. The toilets were really dirty, blankets were not clean enough and even woods from has also come out.

Room was completely disgusting. I have to pay extra to change room. Manager don't have manners to speak. It was a very bad experience.

Uncleaned bed and mattress and toilet. They haven't even washed the glass and cup kept for drinking. Disappointing experience with the neatness.

Great stay, near railway station, also provided a cab & driver for kalka to manali as well! sufficient for 1-2 days.

There is no drinking water i mean ro water. And no wifi. Owner behaviour was very good. There is no toilet soap one thing is good, it is near to railway station.

Don't book if you are with family. Rooms are stinky and too small. It is located very near to kalka railway station and that is the only advantage of this hotel. Unhygienic and nowhere matching with the price it has charged. There are better hotels in the railway station road in less price.

Small room but nice clean room, enough for 2 ppl, hardly 5 minutes walking from kalka railway station, you can order tea in room but for snacks and food you have to go outside

Room and bed were not much cleaned.
