Very close to Kalka Railway Station. Newly opened property Good Interiors Deluxe AC rooms are too small. Super Deluxe AC Rooms are Spacious. Well Maintained property. Only Suggestion to the hotel owner: Ple install pressure pump, as the flow of water is inadequate, especially while using shower. Rest all is good.

The hot water is not working properly, water taps are blocked and shower or jet spray hardly dispense water

Nice service, near to Railway Station, Room s are small but sufficient for two members of family. Staff are co-operative.

The advantage of the property is it’s just 100-150 mtrs near railway station. Apart from this nothing is good. Just for the sake of toy train we booked this room which is just a walkable distance to station.

1. The reception sofas are torn. 2. The curtains in the rooms are torn. 3. The electric kettle is broken. 4. The shower tap was jammed and required real effort to turn. Could not get hot water. 5. The walls of one of the rooms I stayed in was damaged and not repaired well. Had dirty visible repair marks. 6. Was it not for the location I would have given it a 'Terrible' rating. 7. I hope my feedback has a positive impact and compels Hotel Lotus Grand AKM Kalka, to do the needful.

We had great experience staying at Lotus Grand AKM. We were auto upgraded to much better rooms with excellent service and amenities. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The service was also unparalleled. We booked two rooms and heard excellent feedback from everyone in the family. The bathrooms were also in pristine condition making the stay even more comfortable and definitely recommendable.

Hotel was near to Railway Station. The owner is very polite but the Housekeeping staff behaviour is not to good..

Not good on cleaning, washroom and room all are dirty and stained. Smelly furniture and mattress, boiler damaged and bad smell from it.

No hot water, check in delayed, smell like dustbin pillows blankets are worst after seeing all this we asked them to change room they refused so we vacated and went for another hotel.

It’s very close to the train station, i was catching the toy train to shimla. Harish at the reception was very helpful to ensure my one night stay was perfect.
