Washroom was not clean and was offered a single bed. No food served. only lodge but only needed to stay for a short duration as had an early morning train

Very terrible stay…room unclean , small pathetic.. toilet was block. Bedsheet unclean . And the owner of hotel was disrespectful and charged extra for staying just for 4 hrs …as we checked in in the night we couldn’t complain and request to change the hotel because of there bad services…i will suggest many good hotels are near station

Room condition was not good. Walls were full of damp. Blankets were dirty. Electric board was broken. Running hot water was not there.

Smell was there in washroom and room. We need to sprey perfume to stay there because we don't have another option in night. It was feeling like vomiting all the night.

Hotel receptionist is horrible, rude. No hot water, very very dirty rooms, super small room(you won't be even able to walk properly), no hot water, cluttered room and a broken set-top box that was hanging upon entrance. Door latch was broken so I had to sleep keeping the door open. The guy just didn't listen to any of the complaints and threatened me to come back if I was going out for dinner at 11.30 pm (said he'd lock the hotel) don't book anything there! I wish they learn a lesson with the same experience they gave to me.

Actually I didn't stay there, as I just check the room, the room was too small, and some smells in it, so I don't check in, and stay somewhere else hotel and I can't do anything as deadline for cancellations was finished in the morning. Reception attitude was good, he understands me that I booked online after looking pictures etc and time limit also passed, but I don't recommend this hotel for anyone of my friends.

Horrible. Dirty stinking room, hopeless washroom, no bath towels, absolutely no service.

Good room for a waiting or getting our work done at Kalka. Worth our money, good staff, proper care. Worth for waiting for the next train and value for money, advice able.

Room is provided third floor, with out any pre intimation and ladder is very congested and geezer not working and care taker is not helpful and he is not any help for lift up luggage, therefore I am very sad.

Room is very neat & clean and service is very nice. Instant services provide as per requirement. Hotel staff and Management's behaviour are very nice. I reached the hotel 4 hours before check in time and we provided room without any extra charge. Location is very good as We reached the hotel from railway station by foot with my family. Walking distance is only 5 minutes from stationThis room is also suitable for family. Price of Hotel is very low than room facility.

Hotel Premji near by railway station Kalka, but rooms are very small. Location is good, poor service, bathroom not clean, dirty smell pilo and chaddr, hotel staff is not helpful. Overall I am not happy hotel service.
