Very good hotel &staff behaviour

Excellent experience. Everything is fine; those like peace, they would come here. Moreover i know the owner of property personally, so no comparison.

Its a wonderful place to stay at, excellent location, calm peaceful, in the lap of nature. The host mr madan ji and his caretaker hokum are really nice people to be with, food is fresh and homely. Best place in shimla to stay at

An ideal homestay should be located on the outskirts of the main city and silver oak's location is perfect. Right in the middle of nature. Host was very cordial caretaker kaka ji was excellent. Hygienic place. Few suggestions for minor improvements: add shower in bathroom, place slippers for indoor use.

we always book this beautiful hotel, place is very peaceful, very hygeine, and privacy. it's literally in the lap of nature👌 and owner Sir is very kind, decent & very humble human being.. me and my wife always feel like home at this place. food is very tasty, very hygeine and just like ghar ka khana 👌 and tea is out of this world. i would say it's total worth to stay their🙏

The homestay made my week-long stay in shimla even better. The property is a heaven for budget travellers. Everything about this place is great. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and of appropriate size. Food is prepared by the host and the caretaker and i must say, they have that mama k hath ka swaad in their hands. Food options were limited. But you can get dishes prepared if you can inform them in advance. You can cook in the kitchen as well. The host is a really humble person. The surroundings of the property are serene. The only problem can be the location. It's quite far away from shimla. You need to have a personal vehicle if you wish to stay here. Far from the hustle bustle of the city, this homestay is a perfect choice for nature lovers.

Very good experience though it was a bit far but after yeas i visited place with pin drop silence. Owner mr sharma ji(uncle, senior person) is very hard working and their behaviour and food providing facility at very economical rate was awesome.

Silver oak homestay is a beautiful and peaceful to stay in-between nature. It was an awesome and comfortable stay with delicious homemade food and a well-maintained room. The owner sharmaji was very friendly and made us feel at home. Happy to have visited this place and will definitely visit again. Most important that big thank you to driver ram gopal (his home beside the homestay) for his wonderful services. We had hired him for our mountain trip from 31st may to 8th jun e 2022. He was excellent and very cooperative. Our trip he made very enjoyable and comfortable. Felt like a family person and we will surely take services for any of our future himachal pradesh trips. We recommend him to anyone. We wish him all the best and keep up the good work.

Good place to stay if you're coming by your own conveyance. Its 40 minutes driving distance from mall road. But superb property, clean and peaceful. Staff is really cooperative. Food cooked by caretaker mr kaka is amazing as well and reasonably priced. Nicely lit rooms with tv, geyser, cabinet, wardrobe, glass windows, big and clean rest rooms. They also have some pet rabbits in the property will highly recommend
