when i was reached at property there is no one on reception and i am with my sister and there is no fan i waited 2 hours no one come there. rooms are not cleaned properly i pay full amount in advance.

The room was clean and was spacious. The room has already the amenities that we needed and the day was good.

The room we were first allotted had a balcony which was shared with another room and had a door that didn’t lock. Then we were downgraded to another room where nothing worked — the fridge, TV, and kettle were all not functioning, and the entire room had only one working bedside wall socket. I didn’t like the stay at all.

While the room was okay, it wasn’t entirely clean. The linen and one of the towels were stained and didn’t look freshly washed. There was also no handwash provided in the bathroom, which was a basic necessity that was missing. At check-in, we requested chilled water, and when two bottles were delivered to our room, they were not sealed. When we asked about it, we were told that sealed cold water wasn’t available. If I hadn’t noticed, this would’ve gone completely unmentioned. The biggest disappointment, however, was the food. My booking included all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I was informed that lunch would be served in the room in a thali, while breakfast and dinner would be in buffet format. Lunch was simple: dal, rice, roti, paneer sabzi, and very watered-down raita. We assumed dinner and breakfast would be similar, and we were fine with that. But during dinner at the rooftop buffet, the only dishes available were dal, roti, rice, salad, and torai sabzi. That’s it. We had paid nearly ₹600 extra to include lunch and dinner in our booking, and this level of food and variety was just not worth it. Overall, I feel like the experience did not justify the price. Just booking the room is still okay, but not the food.

The overall experience was good. Food was also good. But the room space was not upto the mark which they show in images.

Location was great easy access to some good longue and quiet area the breakfast served could have more options but the Taste was good enough

It was not so good as the rooms and washrooms were not clean and the staff was a bit rude in the beginning but one food service guy was really good. Overall it was okay to stay for a night. The wifi was also not so strong and the food quality was just okay not so good

Management not available at visit - waited for 20 minutes , Water was leaking from AC , Pot was broken in washroom , Landline was not working properly .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious. The location was perfect and peaceful. Highly recommended!
