My recent stay at *The Royal Beach Resort* in Balasore was truly delightful. I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Royal Beach Resort. The location is unbeatable, right on a quiet, clean beach with breathtaking views. Our Deluxe Sea View Room was spacious, well-furnished, and impeccably clean. The staff were warm and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. Worst Experience
Extremely Disgusting and Unhygienic One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. The room was filthy and clearly not cleaned. There was human excreta on the commode, wet and smelly towels, and cigarette ash scattered on the bedside table. The room itself was damaged — broken fixtures, peeling paint, and an overwhelming stench. Completely unhygienic and unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

I liked their hospitality and the room was good. The washroom is very small . But their food quality is good and they maintain a good rapport with the clients. Overall I liked my staying there.

POOR ROOM
Disgusting hotel. I have booked, as booking price was low, I have booked BUDGET AC ROOM, that's not means they give us filthy room. In this money there are far better hotels in digha, mandarmani. First of all when we arrived they gave us the room that just clean but not properly, spider web all over the bathroom and room, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the bathroom is so small, no towel, no floor and bathroom mats, no slippers, only medimex soap as toiletries. Tv was broken and no remote, all are the aminities How can you provide this room to a guest which is not properly ready. You can ask us to wait for 20 30mins in the reception. Then I have talked to the manger then he provide a person who cleans the webs, give us towels, electric kettle and mat but still no slippers. Later on night the bed was filled with red ants, which bite my husband. What kind of service is this? I am so so angry. Travelled so many places and hotels but have not gain any bad experience like this before, very very filthy and disgusting hotel. Though the staffs are good, friendly, food is also tasty.

Property not maintained at all.
Rooms are not properly cleaned. No towel provided. After multiple requests, got a towel however that was full of small red ants which can not be used. floor mats are opened in many places. Initially TV was not working. They changed the room after requesting for TV. Bathrroms are too small that you have to adjust in a particular angle to close the door. The Hotel is looking very good with the decoration and lights however rooms are not providing a very satisfactory stay. Forgot to take picture of rooms.

Food is very good, employees are very cooperative and helping, understanding, rooms are excellent, apart from solar geyser for hot water they should have electric geyser in bathrooms. Note - make my trip or other trip organizer companies should ensure the peace and privacy of all guest, at the time of checkin hotel or resort should ensure that guest will have peaceful sleep, there should be no noise or party after 11 pm
