Terrible experience at lenor reg-enc
We stayed there whole night without electricity. The fan, telephone, wifi nothing was working. The water was so cold and we were not able to take bath. It was a terrible experience. It was not worth for the money we paid.

This is one great property at a really reasonable price. The infrastructure is to notch and staffs are very professional and go out of their way to make it a great experience for you. The added bonus is the delicious food they serve. Must visit if you are coming to gangtok

Only excuse is that it is offseason. At first google location in the hotel was not correct. It is too far from m g mart. Not walkable.

Beautiful hotel, cooperative staff, not balcony in every room but luckily i had enjoyed a lot, food is awesome, veggies like me used to have problems but no problem at all here, delicious one all and all very good hotel at this price

Ramarks on hotel
familyPractically hotel is different as shown in the makemytrip hotel list. Per night rent is higher then the actual hotel standard. It should max 2000- per night. The service person are not train. Doesn't know hot to behave. As a whole it is a below standard hotel.

Hotel is good, worth for money, neat and clean, close to district court Gangtok.
Wasim is super host. He makes our stay very comfortable.
