room and kitchen are facing each other and staffs are sleeping in common area . I am not happy at all from the day when you denied to pay back kalimpong property payment which could not be used due to worst road conditions suffering from the natural calamities, which was my worst experience with you. Again you assured trip guarantee three time and I had purchased prayagraj to Lucknow vande Bharat train but on last minute you cancelled, now you understand how much problem I had faced. I suppose to refund back three times but you are not keeping words . I had cancelled Varanasi to prayagraj train since it was showing 10 hrs late but you paid only half of the amount. stupid, no ethics

The location is good considering airport accessibility. Rooms are very specious, clean. Best thing is staffs behaviour and attitude. Food also homely. Really enjoyed the stay.

Not staying in a house 27 boutique home stay and staying in another hotel( hotel surya grand) during the same period because the caretaker of this property called me and warned me with lots of condition don't come with a woman don't call any friends do not enter late evening please do not intertain such type of property to make my trip otherwise i am not going to use make my trip app forever

Properly location not available with accuracy on google maps. In web site shown 3 minutes from airport by taxi 20-30 minutes

The distance from airport is 6. 5 km. While maintion is website 500 mtrs. Too many mosquito in room

Amazing stay very neatly maintained. Attended by really welcome staff, very prompt. All services were upto mark. Room and bathroom was clean and upto mark. Can surely opt to stay at the same place if i visit lukhnow once again.

Comfortable rooms but the owner was arrogant. I went on a business stay where i checked in at around 9pm and had a flight to catch at 6am. I was there for few hours only my colleague was unwell who was travel-ling with me so i asked for help from my personal contacts however hotel people didn’t allowed at the first step. After arguing he allowed but kept on calling on my phone when is your guest leaving he hardly came for 35-40 mins but i got notified thrice that he has to leave.

As mentioned that it is 250 meter away from amausi airport, which is incorrect. It is 6 km away from airport. Pl correct it in your site. Actually it is a old residential property.

Location 6km far from airport lucknow, not taken food due to heavy cost. Provide hard mattress and not a profession services no parking space

Our group of 5 people left the hotel without breakfast because nobody was available to make breakfast for us. Also the food we had in the night was too costly. Please arrange to refund the breakfast for 5 people as it was not provided.

Bed was smelly washroom was dirty flush was not working

I called the owner by finding his number from google and the owner very generously replied to my questions. I checked in at 9:30 pm, after booking the owner called me to ask my checkin time & if i wanted to have some food to which i replied yes. When i reached there the reheated the a loo subji, dal, plain rice and served hot rotis to me along with salad. The caretaker asked me if i wanted to have something before i checked out, to which i replied yes, and the caretaker was ready to make omelet, toast etc even at 4am. Before i checked out the care taker gave me hot tea along bread toast. The rooms are spacious, there i a small terrace to chill out. The bathroom was almost huge as the room. I prefer staying at this homestay rather then to stay in a 5 star hotel.
