Review Of Gracious Guest House

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Despite booking a classic room, the facilities were practically non-existent. Shockingly, only one room had a functioning AC, and when we pointed out that ours wasn’t working, the staff casually brushed it off, saying "it depends on availability"—completely unacceptable and misleading. The condition of the hotel was pathetic, with very poor maintenance and zero attention to guest comfort. What made the experience even worse was the rude, unprofessional, and arrogant behavior of the staff. Instead of offering solutions, they were dismissive and unapologetic. The owner himself was no different—equally arrogant and indifferent to our concerns. If you're considering staying here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place clearly doesn’t care about hospitality, guest satisfaction, or even basic decency. Total waste of money and a massive letdown.

it's a normal single room. it's okay okay as per price. you will get 1 blanket and attached bathroom with no hot water. rooms are not much cleaned
