Cockroaches n spiders in the room as if the carpet was never cleaned. The house menu was very limited

We really liked the place, service, specially food which was very delicious and also the view from the room was really amazing and captivating! everything was very good.

No tv, wifi not working, light issue, cab issue, bad experience no tv, wifi not working, light issue, cab is issue, staff behaviour is not good

The road to the hotel is not actually a road, it’s just a muddy way to get to hotel and it’s impossible to travel there with car. Coming down and then going to nainital is big task. I went there and did not check in due to the location. I didn’t get full refund so make sure u check the roads before booking it. Rains make it worse.

The view of this hotel was a very soothing one. And the food was indeed delicious. The staff and the service were really helpful and co-operative. Overall i would like to pay a visit here again.

It was my first mountain stay booked online, the road to reach property is something which bothered us initially and its really difficult to drive to the property unless you are professional driver on hills. But then we make a call to property owners and everything was sorted instantly. For our comfort, they came by there car to pick us and dropped as well, these guys are superb, helpful, humble and always there for you and your family. We really liked the hospitality, food and views from property.

Best location, very economical, warm hospitality. The home cooked food was extremely delicious. The view from the rooms was so serene and beautiful. Out stay was very peaceful

Food was good. But we’re not given which were booked. Home stay was off road. Road was not safe for driving but they came to pick us

The hotel is nice but there is a very rough road, there is no shop near the hotel, for that one has to go far away.

Gr 8 scenery view from hotel and excellent room service and food. Provided whatever we wanted and very good host are they. I will recommend every nature lovers to stay at this hotel.

These hotel room need a pest control system from my side the owners of hotel is very kind lady but overall that was terrible experience

We all really find this hotel as a place for beautiful view, peace and gratitude. We all get the location of hotel and they provide convenience for us also. The service is also good. It really a nice place for staying if you come as a couple, friends and family.
