the location and property was nice. there are some issues with stuff about communication as they dont have much understanding about hindi and english, though receptionist person is good enough to understand hindi/english. we went to gondola early morning around 630am but no issues to go out..

Just about average with a few cons.
The central heating was not working during the night and the bathroom was not clean and there was no hot water.

A good experience
Place is quite cozy and comfortable, the view from window are breathtaking, the staff behaviour is quite good rom service is also good.

It's a nice little place and the owner has kept all facilities like central heating, electric blankets, clean cozy rooms. The only problem is the power cuts that are very frequent in the area, but that's more of the govt's fault than the hotel owner's. All in all i liked this place.

Terrible Stay
groupMy recent stay at this hotel gulmarg gateway was far from satisfactory. The room lacked basic amenities like a functioning flush, kettle, and mirror. To add to the discomfort, the room was small and cramped, located in the attic with no phone for communication. Despite the high room rate, there were no expected amenities. However, it's important to note that the management was helpful throughout my stay, although they couldn't rectify the issues. Unfortunately, these shortcomings were no fault of theirs. In summary, i would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made to the facilities and amenities provided.

familyGood stay at the homestay. Limited options for veg but the cook made the food really tasty. The only issue was with the hot water in the washroom. But then from evening. They got that fixed too. Overall a comfortable stay.

Staffs very well behaved
Room was clean and service was also good. They even took us to doctor when i was not well. Very nice service

The hotel was average, room was tidy but clean. The main drawback was that no in house restaurant, service was just ok

Terrible Stay
1. No soap in bathroom. 2. No toothpaste. 3. No any towels. 4. Kitchen is unhygienic. 5. No continuity of wifi. 6. Flies all around in room. 7. Carpeted rooms not clean enough.

The water supply was sandy and chill, any can't take bath, room was not centrally heated no window curtain in bathroom. How anybody stay if you have not clean water in your bathroom

Dear rajbir singh i'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with the water quality at our hotel. As spoken to you the water quality was little unclean due to continuous rainfall since 30 days. We take the issue of cleanliness very seriously, we cleaned your room, washroom and provided everything you need we inf-act served you free dinner and breakfast that's would have costed you more than 1500 inr. There were other guests staying in hotel who were not facing any problem. Regarding heating we have centrally heated system we moreover have electric blankets i still don't know why your room was cold when most of our staff was running behind you. Lastly, we believe in effectiveness and we firmly believe improvement is a continuous process. But as i spoke to my team members. They have given you every service complementary except your room rent. With regards
