For someone visiting Kashmir for the first time, this place was a perfect introduction to Kashmiri culture and community. The property itself is picturesque surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens. The host and his entire family were hospitable and made us feel like we were visiting our relatives…who had the coolest house with the backdrop of a beautiful and serene valley. The rooms, washrooms and everything was clean, and just perfect. After having a first taste of the homecooked meals, we decided to stick to their home made food for our entire stay taking every chance we got to explore more and more of their tasty cuisine. I have already recommended this place to many of my acquaintances and would for sure love to visit again! The place seems to take on a different view every season! We only left with one regret…that we weren’t here for longer! If you are looking for a place to stay with family that is both homely and private, look no further…this is the place to go!

I had a lovely stay at Mountain Majesty. The host was very warm and helpful and the property was in a very picturesque location and very well maintained.

All rooms are in typical kashmiri style, soft blanket and comfortable bed, homely cooked food was also good

lovely host, homely feel, warm electric beds to keep you warm in winters, amazing view of gulmarg mountains from the window, easily accessible. over all amazing experience ❤️
