The staff were very friendly and resourceful. The room was neat and warm as well. Great value for money

I have experience very bad, behaviour, and the staff where incredible rude and unprofessional displaying blatant disregard for basic customer service standard from checkin to requests for assistance we encounter nothing but unhelpful attitude's and even disrespectful behaviour the over all experience was extremely unpleasant.

Awesome stay with beautiful location. Staffs are helpful and approachable. Recommend for everyone. It has all the facilities like bed warmers, room heater, hot water. Food quality and quantity is good

We always try to find a small nice property instead of big international chains in every trip we do and after staying in many hotels of this kind we are 100% sure that noor guest house was our best ever choice.
