I have experience very bad, behaviour, and the staff where incredible rude and unprofessional displaying blatant disregard for basic customer service standard from checkin to requests for assistance we encounter nothing but unhelpful attitude's and even disrespectful behaviour the over all experience was extremely unpleasant.

We always try to find a small nice property instead of big international chains in every trip we do and after staying in many hotels of this kind we are 100% sure that noor guest house was our best ever choice. The staff was helpful and coprative especially suhail bhai ad n i think his name was arshid they all were good and respective staff. Thank you noor staff for pleasant stay.
