Poor Stay
My experience at this hotel is not very good. Initially they allotted me a very small and compect room just adjusting double bed . Letter next day after long conversations they allotted average room. But no fitness amenities are available in this hotel . Like fitness centre, swimming pool or any area where you can do your own work out like balcony terrace etc. So not very good experience.

Excellent Stay
The property is very neat and clean which is of most important the rooms are a bit medium size but considering the location it’s really good. Food was excellent and above all the hotel staff were really warm welcoming and helpful especially Priyanka. Thanks for the wonderful service despite full house.

WEEKEND REJOICE AT FERN RESIDENCY
Room was very excellent, clean, spacious, large view from window with comfortable beds, clean linens, good toiletries. Dinner was very sumptuous with lip smacking chicken labadar, soup and delicious Hot chicken Tikka. Service was very excellent, full marks and very smiling, courteous, welcoming Nature of Ms Priyanka. we like to visit because of Ms Priyanka Nature and smile. She is a Excellent host and person. All amenities are upto the mark. We really enjoyed our weekend her. There was a new boy also in the restaurant, who has joined recently one month back, we don't know his name but he was also very kind and took good care of us.

2 days stay for aholiday
location was fine. It was very much near the railway station. Food was really good. we enjoyed breakfast and dinner with a buffet menu. All staff were polite. Special mentions to Ms. Priyanka at the front office and Ms. Chitra at the restaurant. Rooms were comfortable. Hotel's policy of not charging for extra mattress is appreciated. The only disappointment was the absence of a swimming pool (Although it was mentioned in the description of MakeMyTrip app). Swimming pool was the prime reason I booked this hotel as my son insisted on the same.

2 day stay at Fern Vadodara
I stayed for 2 days in the hotel for a personal visit. Room size is good. Quality of amenities is also good. Faced issues with the Housekeeping as i had to request for towels and toiletries for twice. Dinner and breakfast are good; food taste is ok. Being nearby to station and busy area you can hear sound of train and bus in the room through the night. Overall Ok.

We understand that the pothole you mentioned just in front of our property may have caused you inconvenience and are making efforts to coordinate with local municipal authorities to get this sorted. The issue with the guards and bell boy has been noted and has been taken up seriously with our security and hospitality departments. Their academic training and orientation programs will be revisited to ensure the situation you described does not recur. Concerning the room with the smoke smell, we have instructed our housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and aired before they are allocated to guests. The issues of cleanliness are always a priority and significant for us. Food is average, could have been better. Ordered Cold coffee didn’t understand what was it. Lighting inside room so dull that didn’t get fresh ambiance at all. Amenities are okay. Breakfast is okay, In room dining not so good. Lighting inside rooms should be changed for refreshing ambiance.
