Stayed on 9th August – Terrible Experience The stay was horrible. The room had a strong bad odour, service was pathetic, and there were far too many cockroaches. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good rooms and staff, food quality and quantity are also good, front office staff are very much supportive, good location

My experience was not good. Lift in night was not working & no one was there . After 1/2 hr some helper came & took the bag upto 5th floor. Also in the morning electricity gone & generator was not started . Overall not a good experience. Breakfast was also not good.

Room is not cleaned properly. At this price hotel should provide sleeper and bodywash sufficient for three person for three days and two night which is not available.

Good ambience, staff courteous. Bathroom door needs repairs, extra bed unclean, very old mattress, bed spreads needs replacement.

Location, food good and staff courteous, additional bed was filthy, bed spread old, washroom door not locking.

The hotel staff is also supportive and good in nature, there are only a few places which need to be improved like the electric kettle was not working inside my room, need to pay attention to the cleanliness, other than that the food in this hotel is also good

The hotel is situated in a nice and less crowded location, approximately 15mins away (by auto) from vadodara junction. The allotted room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast too was nice and tasty. Staff was polite and helpful. For a better experience the service quality in terms of providing information about breakfast arrangement and room cleaning needs to be taken seriously. Information regarding these facilities should be provided to the guests at the reception counter once they enter the hotel.

The stay was excellent in every way, the staff was well mannered, the rooms were big and very clean. The food was excellent and the location was just awesome. Would definitely recommend

Smelly room. No floor mat, dental kit. Also they charged me 250 for breakage of room access card. Card was already old. I did not break it on purpose

Property located at nice place. We booker single room for 3 but rooms are very small and too much costly. Food is too costly . Tea ordered costed ₹190 that too is not sufficient. Over all not very plesent stay.
