Excellent Hospitality!! but one problem, food order by whatsapp and delivery late. pls improve it for quick delivery

My experience was really amazing. The hotel is very premium and the staff is very courteous. I wanted to give shout out to Harshiv from the front desk and Shanthi from the in room dining. These two folks helped me a lot. Due to my schedule and my working shift was not able to take the morning breakfast, which is scheduled from 7 AM to 10 AM, but Harshiv and Shanthi made it possible where they were able to arrange mini breakfast platter for me in the evening as a replacement. This is a very rare case where people going above and beyond in terms of customer experience and whatever Harshiv and Shanthi were able to do is amazing. Overall, the hotel experiences are really good. Shreya in the front desk was very helpful as well in terms of easy checkin and checkout. The rooms were well maintained and clean. The overall shared spaces and lobby was clean. The ambience of the entire place was really amazing. The gym was clean and had an instructor as well. The pool as well was amazing. Topping it all was the view from the hotel rooms which was great. Overall loved the place and would 200% recommend.

Rooms Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, comfortable, and the washrooms are comparatively better than similarly priced accommodation Nearby activities Hospitals and health related facilities nearby Food and drinks Breakfast can be more protein rich and can add some veg protein options, I needed some papaya for my grandfather who was immobile and couldn't come to the buffet breakfast but as it was not allowed, I was instructed to eat it in the hall and not allowed to take it to room Food not as to my taste as sayaji indore but my friend from gujrat recommend it so he might like it. Noteworthy details Otherwise the very cooperative staff and receptionist made the stay comfortable , people who helped with luggage and wheelchair were forthcoming and well behaved commendable work ethic as they went out of their way to help us Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view

it was my 3rd time staying in the last 2 months. but unfortunately this time this stay didn't give me a nice time. From the quality of the food to the behaviour of the staffs, I had a bad experience.

Very good Hotel. Nice day ambience is good. Buffet dinner is available. Quality is good dinner variety is also good buffet breakfast is also available here. Main course variety is little less, but quality is good.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, the food was delicious, and the room was clean, well-ventilated, and nicely lit. The location was also convenient and easy to access. Overall, a great experience and good value for money.

It was nice stay at Sayaji Vadodara, All rooms are big and nice view of vishwamitry rive. The breakfast was lots of options and all the food was good.

Value for money, breakfast had a limited option and food is average. Overall a good experience, i stayed for two night.

Location is both near to Airport and Station. Food is excellent. Tried continental which I found quite good..A feedback is taken after every in room dinning..Amenities at this cost was quite amazing. Only area to improve is the house keeping..found a used pillow cover on the sofa while entering in the room. They removed it once highlighted. Overall a good stay..would visit again.

The rooms are very clean quite spacious, staff was very friendly, housekeeping and room service was up to the mark, staff was very interactive and helpful. Overall I loved my stay but there the only issue I found there was with the valet it was quite slow there was no problem but it was just slow that’s it rest everything was perfect thank you

They don’t know how treat the guest.. they’re sooo rude and I gave my cousins id also after then also that lady was standing outside of my room. I mean disgusting! We went up to put luggage and she’s treating us like a teacher she don’t know how to talk with a guest... I mean I stayed in so many hotels but this hotel is shit , ther mentality is sooo cheap after seeing thats my brother and second thing the room was soo dirty , there was hair on bed and some oil bad smell in bedsheet I mean one of the worst experience , wasted my money
