Hi, The lift is not working properly, there's dirty water coming from the tab in the bathroom, no order taken for food after 10.30pm, TV not working, these all observations. Thanks.

The receptionist guy which attended us while check-in was very rude. . We were 3 friends (2M+1F). And receptionist said that 2M & 1F can't stay in a room as per hotel policy. I asked him to show the rule. He told that it is what it is. So, we had to take 1 room extra /- as per him. Also, his behaviour & way of talking was very rude & arrogant.

During my stay, I experienced several issues, including a strong bad odour in both the bathroom and the room. Additionally, the bed was not comfortable, which made it difficult to rest properly and the overall room hygiene was unsatisfactory—especially the condition of the chair and blanket.

I had a wonderful experience with this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all necessary amenities. The staff was very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The food quality was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. The overall ambiance was peaceful and relaxing, making it ideal for both family and business stays. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

There is no hot water,rooms are not that clean but okay, there is no kettle for heating water but they provided refrigerator

Stay was claim & down, room service too late, restaurant is too expensive according to standard , rooms were old, linen is is too word i got skin allergy, room service boy to positive room service staff is good over all good experience but restaurant over price i don’t think to buy food from there .....

ACE HOTEL HAS VERY POOR STAFF FACILITY. AND CLEANING OF ROOM IS ZERO ALL PILOW,BEDSHEET AND BLANKETS UNWASHED NO HOT WATER AND ALSO MOSQUITOES AND COCKROACH INSIDE THE ROOM AND HAIR N DARTY BESSHEET NOT REMOVED BEFORE HANDOVER TO NEW CUSTOMER

Bad food quality, no response for Basic needs. I got the location from Agoda, very bad experience with this hotel.

The location was very good, the attendees were really cooperative, the hotel looked fine but the bedsheets were not cleaned, shower was not working, hanger was broken, floor was dirty . They should improve their maintenance

The hotel staff didn’t given any response we checked in at 10 pm though our prescribed rooms were not allotted a small quite room allotted with the sloppy atmosphere and washroom tap all were not upto that what we expected, after argument provided extra matters though we have booked in advance the mattress condition was adverse we have the photos of all
