Toilet jet was broken. Always foul smell coming in the room. Probably it was from poor toilet sanitation . TV was not working. Tariffs for such poor condition room is not worthy.

hotel full of cockroaches, no hot water. no toilet flush. wash basin with no water supply. no hand showers. lift is very poor. no toilet kits provided. price not worth. No dust bins in room. cost of mineral water too much. TV too small. But room boy and manager were good people.

Worst Experience ever

They never let us in the hotel. First they asked for printed ID card, we somehow managed to get it. Next they asked coloured print of IDs, but there were no printing shops nearby and we were not able to check in.

The deluxe non ac room was okayish. The TV doesn't turn on. The best part was Cleanliness. Didn't try food from the Hotel so have no idea about it. There's an elevator which you can use anytime. Overall the room was okayish with basic furnitures. No availability of wifi though mentioned. No availability of warm water.

very rude behaviour of staff. No dustbin in the room. No drinking water provided, you need to buy bisleri. Room is very small, no ventilation in room. Bathroom is dirty. Stinking smell in bathroom. TV not working, when requested, the staff said TV does not work instead of reparing it. Not recommended for family.
