services were all good , proper water , electricity, AC , but pillows were a bit dirty bu the doorlock got stuck everytime you try to open it or lock it

The rooms are large and great but the hotel is in the seventh floor of the building with no signboard. Even many locals were not aware of the hotel and it was very hard to find. Otherwise the rooms are spacious and AC and other amenities work. No proper parking.

I need refund because property not traceable and hotel manager is not picking up call so I need full refund otherwise I go to consumer forum

Average hotel for stay near laxmi violas palace, lake, raopura. Housekeeping is fair. Room are with balcony.

Very very terrible experience. The hotel facilities were very bad. No water availability and no room service. Irresponsible staff. Poor management. Lift is not working. Very bad experience. Make my trip service is also very very terrible. And irresponsible staff of make my trip.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

We have booked double bed room but we have recieved single bed room and the receptionist was not ready to give double bed room

Location and the ambiance near the hotel is not and upto the mark there was food at hotel orders from zomato is delivered but there are no good restaurants in nearby locations
