very bad service , even expressed disasstisfaction with Aircon and food , service was very bad..no fruits , tea took 10 mins i ordered without sugar came with sugar...hotel reception staff simram was not all reponsive to the complaints

At the time of check in assurance given by you staff about twin single bed and it was not found after on calling there was excuse that it was only room available we can not change it.

Room was not worth paying , small room , looking very dull

The Staff, Tejasvini, Diksha, Harman and Akashdeep, were super helpful. I have given 1 star less because of 3 reasons: 1-The first room I got was not upto the mark. But the staff changed my room to a more family-oreinted room the very next day. 2-The ongoing renovation creates a lot of noise because of which we were not able to sleep till late mornings. 3- The parking is not always available and sometimes we had to park outside. However, I would surely visit again because the staff was truly dedicated.

Good location and close to important locations, better stay and nice ambience. Food could have been better though, in particular the breakfast.

Despite paying ₹3000 for my room, I was shocked to be asked to pay an additional ₹3000 for using a bedsheet after checking out. This unexpected charge seemed unreasonable and added to my frustration. The check-in process was delayed, and the service throughout my stay was unfriendly. The food was also not up to my expectations. Given the cost and the experience, I wouldn't recommend Lords Inn to others. Overall a decent stay at Lords inn, vadodara. though property is a bit old but has been maintained well. initially had issues with cooling of central AC but later in the night it was working fine. location is good for a business traveller.

Renovation was going on full day. I planned to have rest and relax but due to severe noise I couldn’t relax. Why doesn’t hotel close down fully and do renovation. If they are charging the customers fully , why the hotel should not be penalised for the difficulty faced by customers

The services of housekeeping and reception should be improved. There is no receiving calls from the housekeeping and the communication from reception shows the lack of hotel services.

Wash room is very dirty. Morning time internet is not working. Room service is very slow. Wash room adjacent fan is not working. Very dirty smell.

Very low light in room and improvement in house keeping is required. Roomnsize was very small but location is good
