The staff was polite however the services were lethargic. The room service takes 30 minutes + for giving water to the room. The rooms were hygienic and the view was really good. However, our room had a faulty main door which took real effort to close. The pool is clean, however changing rooms are unavailable. The game room was congested and the attendant was overwhelmed attending all the guests. The food is not worth the price. The lunch and dinner were average at best. However, we enjoyed breakfast. Bhanu The Fern Forest Resort & Spa is a perfect escape into nature. The property is surrounded by greenery, giving it a calm and refreshing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered a lovely view. The staff was extremely polite and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We enjoyed the Recreation Day Activity as well as pool, indoor games, and cycling around the resort. The food was delicious, with a mix of local and international options. A great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy quality time.
