Terrible Stay

I had a very disappointing stay. After paying around for a single occupancy room, I expected at least some basic facilities. There was no fridge, no study table or chair, no kettle, and not even basic tea or milk sachets provided. The breakfast was extremely poor — only poha and pav were available, with no variety at all. Overall, a terrible experience. Definitely not recommended to anyone.

Dusty, the bed sheets had dust and towel prints - seemed like room not been cleaned or used in many months! poor experience bathroom and hot water availability was good

The location of the hotel is very good. It's very near to railway station. The hotel is very clean, tidy and the ambience is also excellent. The hotel is near to main road, and there are lot of eateries in front of the hotel which is a very good place to explore

Used linens provided. Bugs in room

Blankets and pillow covers were used and dirty. They replaced it after asking but only after warning that a complaint will be raised. There bugs crawling in the room. Table. Had to throw away food because of this. They arranged for pest control but couldn't be done as we were not available in the room at the time.
