I am writing to bring to your attention the extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience my family and I had during our recent stay at Hotel in VR Inn opting for another hotel in Vadodara for the night of November 16th. To our dismay, upon reaching Vadodara at 1:30 am on November 17th, the second hotel denied us check-in, directing us to contact. Despite reaching out at 2 am, as promised, we received no callback. Frustrated and exhausted, we had to rebook the same hotel at double the price at 3 am after a contentious conversation with the manager. I request an immediate investigation into the matter and a comprehensive resolution to compensate for the undue stress, inconvenience, and additional expenses incurred. I trust that this issue will be treated with the urgency and seriousness it deserves.
