Neat and clean rooms. There was problem with AC, staff immediately attended the request and allotted the another room as per my suggestion. Value for money. If you are couple, book bigger room, single you can select the smaller one.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Beacon. Except that the rooms are v small, everything else was wonderful. Food was too good and so was the service. Though the breakfast had lot of variety the menu was repeated the next day. The quality of the breakfast was a bit down when compared to their normal food as per menu. Overall a good experience.

Small room but clean. Smooth proceedings at the reception during both check in and checkout. Room had all amenities, put together properly. The main concern during our stay was dusty road at ge entrance, just outside the hotel. The management could have done something about it by taking the matter to the civic authorities.

I like the ambience but the room is cramped and amenities wise it's good but quantity of water is few, no minibar no hair dryer, there is no welcome drinks and hospitality is bad the service is slow and check in took 15 mints, the buffet is small and the menu for the as well both dinner and breakfast, there is no interaction btw customer and the hotel staff and i happened to notice i couldn't sleep on stay because the bedding is bad and i have bad cramping body following morning and i have to travel as well
