We stayed at this property for a night, enroute from Gurgaon to Pune. During roadtrips with our furry kids, it is of utmost importance that we find rest stops, which are not only clean, hygienic, conveniently located but also, have staff who are empathetic & hospitable. The Imperial Hotel ticked all of these boxes for us. Starting with the professional central helpline number executive who took our call, well past his working hours, to Surender Ji, who guided us well & also ensured that our room was kept ready as we were arriving well past midnight, after more than 17 hours on the road...The staff was super helpful! Special thanks to Soham Roy & his buddy (sorry, forgot his name!), who were so good to our kids as well.
