I m very thank full to make my trip who help us, u had booked a room in sapna hotel, but the hotel staff was very bad but we have reached to make my trip in 10 mins make my trip arranged a another room in another room. I went here with my family, hotel is near bus and railway station which is a plus. But it's so near that you hear trains honking. Entrance of the property is quite shady and not fit for the family's to stay. Rooms are spacious and clean, but hotel locality is not good and was looking was unsafe for stay.

The last day we faced unclean water problem. But management offered us next room to use water. We faced the problem with lift. It is in very poor condition. Hotel should repair it. Or should pay special attention before any horrible case arrived.

Cleanliness was a big concern. Rooms were not at all good enough to accommodate for atleast 2 hours. Though this hotel is near station but you cannot afford to stay. We spent 1600 fr 2 the 2 and, after entering the hotel immediately we thought of checking out.
