I m very thank full to make my trip who help us, u had booked a room in sapna hotel, but the hotel staff was very bad but we have reached to make my trip in 10 mins make my trip arranged a another room in another room. So thank you make my trip this review only for the make my trip no for the sapna hotel. How ?

Location is very convinient & staff is very co operative

I went here with my family, hotel is near bus and railway station which is a plus. But it's so near that you hear trains honking. Entrance of the property is quite shady and not fit for the family's to stay. Rooms are spacious and clean, but hotel locality is not good and was looking was unsafe for stay.

The rooms are well cleaned and spacious and the location is also near to the railway station vadodara.

Location is more comfortable and other service also good as our requirements.

Location as we want as per situation or best for price and servicing specially for location.

Good but not excellent because wash room not up to the mark

There is no room service Iam not satisfied about their behavior there's no intercom phone for services If we need water go to the reception and take a bottle from fridge ourself only

This is low budget, right for you. Room is neat and clean. No hot water. Hoteliers provide me hot waters in morning. Solo traveler's best hotel.

I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Orient hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

The last day we faced unclean water problem. But management offered us next room to use water. We faced the problem with lift. It is in very poor condition. Hotel should repair it. Or should pay special attention before any horrible case arrived.

Cleanliness was a big concern. Rooms were not at all good enough to accommodate for atleast 2 hours. Though this hotel is near station but you cannot afford to stay. We spent 1600 fr 2 the 2 and, after entering the hotel immediately we thought of checking out.
