Review Of Hotel Crystal

Avoid Hotel Crystal at all costs. Staff exhibit sadistic, unprofessional harassment and extreme rudeness. Facilities are deceptive: AC only permitted at night (and malfunctioning). Unreasonable policies: Refused early check-in despite empty rooms, even with payment offered. Safety hazard: Forced 24/7 lighting in bunk rooms due to non-functional surveillance cameras.

There were cockroaches all over the bed and in the bathroom as well. Amenities were good though. There was disturbance because of other members in the same room.

Overall a bad experience. The staff is non cooperative, don't even bother to clarify and assist for small directions.

West of time

Its very lower category service provide. Gyser, mattress, not in proper service. Its very bad service provide bathroom also not ok. Blankets not provide.

Very bad experience, dormitory rooms are extremely small. I felt like suffocated. There is no fresh air due to packed room.

I checked in by 4:00pm and by next day i had an entrance exam in university and by the time i returned. The room was opened without my permission and all my belongings were thrown out by 12. When asked for a reason they said time is over. But according to my check in time i had more 4 hours. But they were saying and touched my belongings without my permission and without my presence

taps were leaking bedsheets were not clean spiderwebs was present in the room drinking water was not good

It is located near the railway station, safe and hygienic place, but there was network problem

Hospital room hey puri night nind ni aya. Darty hotel.

No hot water was available, no tv was working, toilet flush improper - in short it was not the stay as expected with the amount paid.

People looking for cheap hotel stay can accommodate.

1) did have facility to dry washed and restricted to put the wet clothes to dry in the room as well. 2) turned off ac in the middle of the night even though there was no power outage. 3) overall not bad but could have been better.
