Hotel Sun city inn

not getting any trouble for finding the location ,it easily found ,food Facility I had not added so I don't know about hotel food test ,but beside the hotel many food store are there which is good in test and bugetable got. Amenities & service was very good.. even the honour was very helpful and support able. so all things was good..

The stay was fantastic, The hotel and its rooms were exceptionally neat and clean. staff behavior good.

Very comfortable journey. Good thing is the staff is very polite and bus pick and drop is on time.

Room ambiences and cleanliness is not at par. Rooms are smelling with cigarette smell. Bedsheets and pillow cover are of used and dirty. Upon request to change they changed the same. No toiletries or at least soap is provided. Bath towels are really in horrible condition. No at all recommend for stay.

I had a worst experience in this hotel as first of all when i came up to the hotel there were only two staff both were sleeping in the lobby apart from two there are no staff out of that one staff is under age 17 years which is illegal to work n that under age staff does not know how to talk to customers i said the toilet is not cleaned properly he back answered me and even that other staff i told him to bring hot water for me after 12 pm i checked in he said you been disturbing the sleep and height is that they said you have no booking with us i was highly surprised i made payment for three nights and he been refusing me to check in as he did not know how to operate system and his boss hotel manager was least interested to answer the call so highly pathetic hotel with very poor staff capacity and hotel lobby they put their mattress n sleep there is no place to walk in also and even from ac water was leaking which was in bedroom so highly pathetic
