The stay was good, but the room size was too small...I expected it to be better for the amount paid. The bed sheets did not get changed in my 4 days of stay, I felt a bit unhygienic.

Basic facilities are not available in the hotel, like - no tissue paper in the washroom. - room service is pathetic, not any single staff is attending the calls in single call. - breakfast is also not good, there is no taste in thepla, and aloo vada, even the coffee is also third class. - I habe taken the deluxe category room, and as per their charge it's totally waste of money.

Room size is just like a washroom auro me jaldi pahunch gaya hotel to mujhse kaha gaya ki apka cheak in time 1 pm he receptions per wait kariye means 5 hours me wait karun auro manager ko extra diye to usne room ki key dedi auro koi recipe nhi di matlab money jeb me very poor experience next time mujhe sochna padega

familyKing size was booked by me but the hotel provided twin beds and gave the reason for king size rooms not available on a weekday. Mahir disappointment. Towels were not that clean to use. Had to report of cleanliness required in the room. This shows level of service provided their restaurant doesn't have ala carte for breakfast but only buffet. Flexibility issue. Overall not a good stay at the hotel as its price.
