Good green environment , rools and specially washrooms are old and dated. Food though less choices - taste was good. Price was high for the kind of property it is.

Poor Stay
Hotel is being renovated. Restaurant was closed. Had all my meals in a hall which is also being renovated. Had some issues in door lock also. Hotel should have mentioned in the booking site that they are in process of renovation. Also, there was a group booking by a school for 75 people, however there was no proper arrangement from hotel to handle so much people.

bad experience shared thoroughly
We had a bad experience for the first time with ferns property else we had a very good exp staying at bhimtal branch of ferns...they had a leakage with AC in room 103 , then we have asked to change a kettle since it was spilling from the bottom source dont knw frm where but not everytime, then in our balcony the fan was not working we stayed for 2 days but all packed in the room coz weather outside was so hot. And we could not even had a change sitting in balcony with a fan for a change when there was no sun and even after sunset. We have asked for a glass of milk for our infant at 11pm on very first day ..receiver from rest has gvn consent and never sent any milk that night...

the property was beautifully surrounded by trees and plants. it was full of greenery everywhere. staff was supportive. food was good. rooms were big and tidy. we had a pleasant 2 night stay.

overall it was great
It was good. The food was decent and the atmosphere around the rooms was very good . The Swimming pool was also clean .

location of the priority is prime, while I will not recommend food. amenities can be improved .. experience dirty pool and common areas. staff is very cooperative and services are also good. overall ambiance, cleaning, condition of the property, and room quality doesn't justify

Good Stay
The food choice for evening snack was very limited and were very pricy no value for money. Apart from this rest all was really good. Stay was comfortable and the activities were also good fun for kids
