familyhotel was ok.food quality can be Improved. they don't have some of the facilities like driver's room. if you are traveling with your own vehicle then good otherwise they don't hv pickup and drop facility for jungle safari. We were told to arrange for own vehicle for reaching the gate of zones for Jungle safari.Access to the hotel is very bad.if you are in a group of more than 7 to 8 then only canter will come to pick u.Hotel staff is not at all friendly. Check out time is 11 am.we asked for half an hour delay.since we came back at 10.30.am from morning safari.we were told to check out at 11 am sharp. overall experience is not good in this hotel.

For your next visit I would like to suggest you to book the safari with the hotel is self where you book the accommodation so you do not need to worry and pay extra on same. I have visited this resort in Feb 2024 with planned 2 night stay during the weekend and was forced to extend my stay after having the my stay experience of first 2 days. Room size is spacious, cleanliness is fantastic, excellent services, food quality is very good. I had also discussion with the Chef to have the food of my choice and he was ready to cook the same whatever and whenever I need, which give me strong feel that the staff very serious about guest choice and taste. I visited this resort with my family size of 4 people and all we were overall very happy. Special appreciation to Mr. Rinku for taking care of serving food of our choice in all 4 days and Chef for cooking the same. Also big thanks and appreciation to reception staff for their courteous and caring approach.

familyWe stayed for 3 nights in jungle villas. The rooms were spacious with large beds. Food was delicious, breakfast spread was good. Staff was friendly. Special mention to salmon from dining who was courteous and served with a pleasant smile. Bathroom had toiletries but could have added more. Pillow covers could have been cleaner. The location of the hotel was convenient about 1. 5 km from the ranthambor park. Overall a good experience, will recommend visit once.

groupThere are classifications of the rooms. Don’t get excited by “pool side view “ and get fooled. Actually these specific rooms are like just hostel rooms constructins of two floors and even they are built new they lack the charm of a premium hotel. Location is superb. No issues. Room is large. So big. Ample space. But as said it’s not a star property and also cannot become in future also as they lack in maintaining the hygiene, etiquette, service, food and request made. Forget about special request they can’t even stand on their commitment. Cleanliness was taken for granted. There were female hair on bed, bathroom etc not cleaned. Bathroom supplies are not kept adequate as per accommodating persons and we have to ask every time. Yes, they did supplied without delay later. Buffet breakfast is just a term. Very few options and taste is like just ok. Other amenities are fine like pool, spa, lawns etc. All good. As said the property is large big and with all amenities but lacks in treating guests properly and selection of food is limited.
