Ranthambhore Heritage Haveli

The place looked better in pictures then in real. Need few Maintaince of the rooms. Also we stayed there for 2 days. The first day they allotted us a room which was very small and not maintained well. After asking the staff they shifted us to the bigger room the next day that too in the evening. Hence the disappoinment.

It was a great stay. The pool was clean. The staff was polite. Food was not great, we went out to Fateh Cafe for food. Rest everything was good.

It was good experience staying there but few things they should do : improve their room service and second clean utility before occupancy. Food tastes 👌 Satff was also great

First and foremost Service is excellent. The staff is very cordial and friendly. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Location is little tricky but it’s good off room close to park

Your buffet should be more elaborate and well prepared as tourists inflow of foreigners and indians are too much in your heritage haveli

The property is not up to mark, the property does not have any new age amenities. No sports room, poll is small. Front office use the same old book and reference process. While the property is clean but it is not a 15k per night property at all.

Terrible approach road. Very high room and food price for nothing. Dirty swimming pool water. No cultural program. There are better properties around. Definitely avoidable.

It is a mini heaven with delicious food. The hospitality was wonderful. You'll not feel like leaving the haveli.

Very warm welcome. Staff super friendly and helpful in every way. Heating could have been better as was visiting in cold weather.

Ranthambore heritage haveli is a premium property in a secluded place, around 6 km inside the jungle. The approach road is non existent giving you a feel of living in a no man's land. But the property is worth this trouble. Very well maintained property, surrounded by lush green gardens and loaded with flowers bougainville, perfect for taking beautiful pictures. The rooms are comfortable and clean almost as you expect in a 4 star property. The spread in the breakfast is limited but tasty. Staff is friendly. We had some issues for hot water in few rooms but then they gave hot water buckets. Overall we loved the stay, though at times we did feel that they prioritise the foreigners over indian guests.

No change room for swimming pool, not maintained well on this charge. Other property are better than this in ranthambore in same price

Awesome property, very courteous and helpful staff, although property is bit in interior, dont use google map to reach the property as it will route you through village which is very painful use main road to reach the hotel otherwise you will be stuck up in middle of village, food was amazing all 3 meals had buffet with variety of veg and non veg items on the buffet, overall very nice experiance

Reception staff is not at all helpful. They don't guide us regarding safari and ranthambore fort. Infact fort was very near by to hotel. But they don't tell us. We are unhappy

Location : Bit inside, but if you love peace, it is for you Food : Good but bit costly, better you take Breakfast and Dinner/Lunch complimentary. Hygien : Excellent

Went for tiger safari stayed in this hotel. Food very good staff very polite.

One of the worst place to live, you can feel insecure with outsider and non resdantial even with staff. I recommend no one should opt this property we left this property in one hr and cancellations amount also not refund by staff of four days.

For the price the property is charging, it is a loot. The rooms are standard. The bathrooms are huge and slippery. The staff doesn’t miss any opportunity to fleece you. I hope the owners are taking note of it. Please make your own arrangements for safari and cab for local sightseeing. The food quality is very good though not much variety is there. The service staff is good. Stay away from the front office staff. The approach road to the property is horrific

The property is located amid-st a lush green vegetation and has beautiful architecture from outside. However the rooms from inside a very basic and not worth the asking price, we paid aroud inr 9500 per night which is certainly much higher than what one would expect for the room you get. Food is below average and there is no in-room food menu. Staff is very polite and they certainly add value to overall experience. I would recommend this hotel if you get it below inr 5000. Toilets are below basic and ours was stinking during our stay. Guests are allowed to access the terrace which provides excellent 360 degree view of the surrounding area with an amazing view of the sunset.
